Failure to do so will almost indefinitely cause a delay in getting your order processed and shipped out.
Refunds and Exchanges Any damaged vinyl from shipping or craftsmanship error will be fully refunded. Minus the shipping.
Wall Vinyl Creations® cannot guarantee that our decals will adhere to your surface. If you are unsure whether our decals will work with your surface, we will be happy to mail you a complimentary test decal.
If you are unsure whether or not certain colors will match, we strongly recommend you order some color samples before you place your order. Our color samples are free, and you can request them. We will be happy to mail them to you right away. We are not responsible for colors that don't match.
* INSTALLATION ERRORS
We are not responsible for decal installation errors. However, we offer identical replacements or partial replacements of your original order at a discounted price plus shipping. A photograph of the damaged decal or a return of the decal may be requested.
* LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your purchase gets lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can arrange and expedite a replacement. A photograph of the package/decal may be requested for claims purposes.

We offer Combined Shipping to customers who purchase 2 or more decals. We also occasionally run specials and offer coupons.
Seller Information CAN THESE DECALS BE MOVED AND RE-USED?
No. Our decals can be easily removed but they are NOT reusable.
HOW DO I REMOVE MY DECAL?
When you're ready to remove your decal, they can be easily removed by simply peeling the decal from the surface.
I HAVE TEXTURED WALLS. WILL YOUR DECALS STICK?
Our decals will stick to most clean wall surfaces. Slightly textured walls are OK, but medium to heavy textured walls might not do as well. We can send you a free test decal at your request before you purchase.
We do NOT recommend our decals for these surfaces:
- Canvas
- Paneling
- High-gloss painted surface
- Cracking/Peeling paint
